Shipping Policy

• We ship across India. Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days.
• Delivery usually takes 3–8 business days depending on your location.
• Free shipping on orders above ₹999; a flat ₹70 fee applies below that.
• Candles and diyas are fragile and packed with extra care.

Returns & Refunds

• If your order arrives damaged, send an unboxing video/photos on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
• Due to the nature of candles and puja items, we do not accept returns of used or burnt products.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Privacy Policy

We collect your name, phone number, email and address only to process and deliver your order. We do not sell your information to third parties. Contact us anytime to have your data removed.
